Your username is the email address that you used to create your Fennel account. If you’ve forgotten which email address you used to sign up, please contact customer service at support@fennel-financials.com.
Passwordless login
In our ongoing effort to prioritize transparency and security at Fennel, we have implemented a passwordless login system for the Fennel application. This aims to eliminate password reuse, decrease phishing attacks, and streamline the user experience.
Here’s what this means in practice:
- You will not need a password to log in to the Fennel application. Instead, you will simply log in using the email associated with your account.
- Upon login, you will receive a 6-digit code and a magic link in your inbox. Please note that both the code and link will only be valid for 10 minutes. If necessary, you can request a new code via the app.
- To proceed, either click the magic link on your device, which will redirect you to the Fennel app, or enter the 6-digit code into the application.
Why am I unable to log in to my Fennel Account?

How to sign in to Fennel from a new device?
You can sign in to Fennel from any device using the email address associated with your account. As an additional security measure, Fennel will send you a verification code to the email that you used when you opened your account to verify your identity.
What happens if I delete the Fennel App from my Device or get a new phone?
Don’t worry, your account is still safe. To access your account, re-download the app and log in again using your email and Multi-Factor Authentication code.
